Confidence Quotient

After coaching leaders of billion dollar companies to the startup CEO, each had the very same problem. They had a version of imposter syndrome that impacted their confidence no matter how successful they were. That’s why I wrote Confidence Quotient. These leaders followed my proven techniques to overcome the self doubts holding them back and embrace the self confidence to accomplish what they desire.

You may feel like a confident person…

 

…but we’ve all been there. That little voice that creeps up in your head saying “you’re really going to screw this up.” 

That little voice in your head, is like a saboteur and I call her Karen (sorry Karen’s of the world).  You’ll meet her in my Confidence Quotient book, and she starts talking full blast and high speed. 

You freeze, you second guess yourself, sometimes, if you are honest, you walk away.
